I as a property owner looking for a normal, decent, educated, respectful, calm, helpful and non problamatic, non smoker nor drinker person to share my Room with balcony with 2 seperate single beds, fast WIFI / Ethernet cable connection, wardrobe and balcony.

The room is shared with only one person and the rent included all utility.

Large bathroom with hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven washing machine microwave, fridge and a freezer are all included in the rent.

The apartment is close to all public transports like metro/train Plaza Espanya, metro Hostafranc, Magoria trainstation and buses are passing towards all directions.

Close to many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks, parks, gyms and not far from the beach. Situated on the 1st floor with lift. Safe and secure neighbourhood.
