Seeking non-smoking female roommate in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment is located right near the St Paul campus of the University of Minnesota, near Bailey Hall. Each of us would pay $600/month for rent. Rent is due on the first of each month and can be placed on in the form of a check. Laundry in building for $1.50 per wash and dry. I pay for high speed internet, you would pay $20/month to me if interested. Landlord is very nice and responsible. All shoveling and lawn care is covered. A back yard exists. Parking with garage included. All utilities including heat, trash and electric are included. AC window unit provided for your bedroom. The bedroom is completely cleared out and clean. There is ample storage space in bathroom, kitchen and living room. I am fairly neat and I would treat any roommate with great respect. Please call me if you are interested.
