Hi everyone! I’m looking for a friendly and responsible roommate to share my furnished 2-bedroom townhome in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

About the Townhome:
• Location: Conveniently located in Spring Hill, close to shops, parks, and local amenities.
• Rent: $/month, all bills included (covers utilities, internet, and Wi-Fi).
• Amenities: Fully furnished living space, a cozy private room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a backyard for outdoor relaxation.
• Bathrooms: The home features bathrooms. We will share the full bathroom, which includes the shower, while the half-bath is available for convenience.
• Laundry: No in-unit laundry.

Bedroom Details:
The second bedroom currently has two beds, but I can adjust the setup if you’d like a different arrangement. I use the other bedroom for myself but am flexible if a switch would make things more comfortable for you. Let’s chat about what works best!

About Me:
I
work a full-time job from PM. I’m easygoing, respectful, and value a peaceful and tidy home. I’d love to share the space with someone who is friendly, considerate, and has good energy.

Pet Policy:
• I’m open to pets, but only dogs are allowed due to allergies to cats.
• There will be an additional pet fee for dog owners.
• The backyard is available for your dog to enjoy!

What I’m Looking For in a Roommate:
• Clean, responsible, and respectful.
• Preferably someone with a similar work schedule or lifestyle.
• Friendly and considerate, with good communication habits.
• Non-smoker preferred.
