The room is available for immediate move-in and part of a top-floor, -bath unit shared with three other students. The lease runs through September , which is perfect if you’re planning to stay in Eugene for the summer. The location is super convenient—just a 5-minute walk to campus or a quick ride on the EmX bus. Plus, the bedroom has amazing views of Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, and Autzen Stadium.

The bedroom comes with a private bathroom and full closet, fully furnished with a bedframe, mattress, nightstand, desk, and chair. The unit includes a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a cozy living room with a balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Rent is $/month, which includes a covered parking spot in the attached garage.

The complex has fantastic amenities, including an outdoor firepit, hot tub, and pool, as well as private study rooms, a fully equipped gym, and a -hour rec center with pool tables, vending machines, printers, and iMacs.
