ON AVERAGE ROOMS IN WESTWOOD FOR A SHARED room cost $900, and a single $1200

Starting December/ January. (We are able to accommodate an earlier move in date)

We are offering a furnished single private bedroom (room is separated by a wall and door, fully furnished w/ a bed) 2 floor apartment upstairs & downstairs, 3 bedroom apartment in the Center of Westwood, right across In-N-Out Burger and Chevron Gas Station. Walking distance to UCLA, shops, restaurants, TARGET, Ralph's, Trader Joes, movie theaters. Safe neighbor and are apartment requires security access code and key for access.

There are 2 other UCLA students you will be living with and we have all been roommates for 2 years. Downstairs we have a Kitchen, Living room and restrooms. Upstairs are the bedrooms. Nice pool right outside the apartment. There is plenty of FREE street Parking here in Westwood. The room is $725 a month plus around $70 a month for utilities, which include (Cable, 5G wireless Internet, Water/Power and Gas. $500 Deposit will be required upon moving in, and returned when moving out. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. No smoking/ No Drugs!

We are looking for a Respectful and Reliable roommate to stay for a minimum of 6 months to a year beginning in December 12th or / January 1st - Mays 31st, 2016. If you are looking for an earlier move in date we can make arrangements or for December move in date.
