4 week sublet in Manly, April/May

Description

We are looking to sublet our lovely first floor apartment in Manly whilst we are away. It’s a 2 bedroom place but only 1 bedroom will be available as we’ll be storing our clothes and personal items in our bedroom whilst we’re away. Large living area, washing machine and a balcony with a sea view. Short walk to the ferry wharf, supermarket and Little Manly beach. Available for a 4 week stay from the end of April to the the end
of May. Might be able to be flexible with the dates by a couple of days. Tenants will need to sign a sublease agreement and provide copies of their IDs to our landlord.
