Two rooms are currently available for rent in a brand-new home built in , located in a secure and peaceful neighborhood.

Room 1:
• Located near the front entrance.
• Offers views of the side and front yard.
• Features a detached, enormous walk-in closet.

Room 2:
• Overlooks the backyard.
• Includes a built-in closet.

Both rooms share a restroom, also accessible to occasional guests.

Home Features:
• Spacious living room with a leather couch and TV.
• Dining area with a table for meals.
• Open kitchen with personal cabinet space, storage, and shared refrigerator.
• Large backyard with grass and fruit trees (feel free to pick fruit!).
• Full access to the front yard and street parking available.

The home has bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upstairs area is private. You’ll share the home with myself, my spouse, and toddler twins, who will be present % of the time.

Requirements:
• Monthly rent: $ (utilities included).
• Deposit: $ (refundable upon leaving, provided there’s no damage).
• Clean background (mandatory).
• Quiet, respectful, and drug-free. Smoking is allowed outside only.
