I'm looking for someone to take over my lease (through September with option to renew) in a luxury ba apartment in The Haven at La Mesa complex.

You will have full use of the UNFURNISHED living space, kitchen, hallway, balcony and master bed/bath.

Your roommates are a friendly couple in their s who occupy the front bedroom and bathroom only and keep mostly to themselves.

This is the best unit on the property. Third (top) floor corner unit. No shared walls.

Beautiful natural light and breezes.

All the amenities: your own designated covered parking space included, dishwasher, W/D in unit, central air/heat, onsite maintenance and security patrol, valet trash service, firepit, rec room, gym, pool, hot tub, gas grills, picnic area, storage cubes available, bike storage.

You will need to apply and be approved through the leasing office. Deposit ($) will be paid directly to me.

SDGE and internet to be split with roommates.

Cats and dogs (breed restrictions apply) welcome; discuss with roommates.
