$400 sublease!

SUBLEASE available for January to July! Enclave Apartments is a student-only, gated community. There is an outside community area with a fire pit and a TV. Walking distance to UNCW and a shuttle stops right outside! It is also in the required radius in order to get a parking pass for campus. The room is the master bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment. It has a walk-in closet and a walk-in shower. Washer and dryer in unit. You also get your own private parking space and there is visitors parking for friends and family. I have a really awesome girl roommate with a dog.
It is all inclusive (queen-sized bed and all furniture, utilities included) for $573.93 but I am willing to sublease it for $400. You will also get to keep the security deposit at the end of the lease. I would love to stay here but I am moving back to NY on December 23rd.
