Hello, I’m moving out of the apartment I currently lease with my friend Davis. I’ll be moved out end of February, and the room will be available March 1st. I told Davis I would help find my replacement, and get candidates. The room, bathroom and living room are unfurnished- so all furniture is welcomed! Davis is a great guy and prefers rooming with women because we are clean and so is he. Davis is easy going and respectful. I’d love to answer any questions you may have about the apartment, we are preferably looking from a woman to replace me, no pets. The property is smoking friendly. Just not inside the apartment.
