The landlord (Margarita) lives next door and rents rooms there as well. The property overlooks a wildlife reserve, and parkland is across the street with ball fields, volleyball, picnic areas, hiking trails, and river front. Each large room is $695.00/month plus electricity. 1st month's rent plus $500.00 deposit required to move in. Month to month lease. $50 nonrefundable application fee covers background and credit check. Smoking allowed outdoors only. No dogs or cats.
