I’m looking for someone interested in sharing a -bathroom, roughly -square foot fully-furnished apartment in a safe, quiet neighborhood 5 miles from Aberdeen Proving Ground. Your half of the monthly rent is roughly $ (varies slightly depending on utility usage), which includes utilities and high-speed Internet access. Your room includes a twin-sized bed, office chair, and end tables. The apartment includes laundry facilities, off-street parking, and a pool.

You’ll share the apartment with Francis, a quiet, clean, and professional middle-aged male who works from late morning to evenings at least 6 days / week. Proof of Renter’s Insurance and a $ application fee are required. No large pets. Available mid-February or earlier.
