Private Bed and Bath

Listing will be taken down if someone is chosen AND approved. My lease renews mid February. The move-in date can be sooner or later, but we will need to coordinate with my current roommate. Please read prior to asking any questions or inquiring, thank you. I listed on roomies . and student housing groups but this is my last resort .


ROOMIES: Sorry but no couples, kids, or multiple cats/dogs. Female preferred but I’ll consider a LGBTQ+ male roommate, otherwise straight I must feel safe to have as a roommate.

LOCATION: The complex is in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Longwood near the Sunrail and i4. Luckily, it’s twenty- mins from downtown Orlando, twenty mins from Full Sail, and UCF thirty mins.

AMENITIES: The main lobby has a business center, gym, game room, pool, and lounge. There is a general parking area behind the build. The parking garage with designated spaces and on storage units are optional but an additional cost. The building is non-smoking but as long as the rooms are aired out, shouldn’t be an issue.

DOGS: Will accept a roommate with a friendly dog if under lbs, fully trained, and not much of a barker. If over lbs it’s a case by case, we will have to discuss to see if we can make it work.

*The leasing office does require a pet deposit. ESA or Service Animal do not require a pet deposit but will require paperwork.

CATS: I love cats but I was diagnosed being allergic. My major reaction is throat swelling, which causes difficulty breathing amongst other symptoms. According to my doctor I’m allergic to their dander and saliva. I prefer not to have a roommate with a cat but we can figure it out. The cat needs to be primarily in your room when you are not home if that is the case. I know this isn’t ideal for most for the cat to roam freely all the time but this is a health concern for me.
