Description

My roommate is moving to New York to pursue his modeling career. We are looking for someone to take over his room. Preferably a female but males are welcomed as well.
$1500

-In Unit Washer and Dryer
-Large Balcony
-Dishwasher

The entire unit is 4 Floors! The house has plenty of space, so there isn't much interaction with roommates throughout the week.

All utilities are included for $50.00 (water, energy, gas, trash, internet). We also split common space things such as paper towels, dish soap, and guest bathroom toilet paper.
Looking for someone in their 20s or early 30s, clean, responsible, and most importantly someone who is respectful of others. Unfortunately, no dogs or cats are allowed since one of the roommates is allergic and the hair will have her allergies react.

The building is completely new and beautiful, located in MidCity/Miracle Mile so you can easily get to Hollywood, Venice, Santa Monica, Downtown, Culver City, and Burbank. One of the roommates doesn't have one. A car uses the station in front of us to commute everywhere.
Us: 1 male and 1 female

Mid/Late 20s All of us for the most part are never really home or in the common area unless to cook.
