This is a 3 bedroom home with a breathtaking view of the city of Scranton. There is a shared full bathroom upstairs and a half bath in the basement for your use. You are renting a bedroom but have full use of the whole house, yard and deck. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement that you can use. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with living in a home with no drinking/drug use and no smoking. So far there is a female yr old tattoo artist in one of the rooms - there are two rooms available - furnished or not - up to you. Must have good credit score.
