Looking for a roommate

Looking for a roommate for my apartment! We both would be on the lease. You would have to be able to pass a credit check and prove you make at least per month. as well as put that down for a security deposit. I have 2 cats that stay upstairs only, which is also my bedroom. The kitchen, bathroom, and main living room are shared areas. You would have your own private room, which would come with a bed. My current roommate is moving out, and the move in date would be beginning of February! a very easy to get along with person, I keep things clean and I hope we would get along well!
