Hello!
I have a 3br 2.25 bath home with 1 tenant currently living there. 2 bedrooms are available, with a bathroom that is shared between the two vacant rooms. Each room is 550, or you can have both for $1000/month. I will take the first couple/individual that is willing to lease both rooms.

My ideal situation would be to have a couple rent both rooms. That way you can both be on 1 lease, and have lots of room in the house!

Amenities:
- Location, location, location! It takes me 7 minutes to get to my parking space downtown. Compare that to your friends who have 1 hour commutes!
- Campus is only a few mins away and the bus line stops about 100ft from the front door.
- NE Athletic park is only 1/2 block away and is the biggest public park north of Downtown.

- Great backyard with stone fire pit and patio. Fully fenced yard, great for dogs!
- Remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and entire house updated in the last 2 years.
- Brand new washer and dryer might be staying with the unit. And main level laundry, no more going into a scary basement!

Current tenant (24) is probably the best guy in the world. He has been my friend for over 10 years and is honest almost to a fault. He is an audio engineer and as such works a lot of late shifts.

Well behaved dogs are allowed, but no cats. There is a lot of beautiful original wood in this house so if a dog likes to chew/scratch up the wood it will end up costing you a lot of money to get it fixed.
