Points Room Offered!

I have a room available here in Athens close to UGA right off of Lumpkin St. Available the first of January. The room is private, facing the morning sun and has it's own private bathroom attached. Bedrooms are upstairs, living area is below. I have a fully furnished living room and kitchen. There is additional room that I used to have furnished (as a dining/study area with a fireplace) but is currently empty to do whatever we please with it (game room? study room? dining room?). There is a great shortcut to campus that I take every morning that avoids all traffic. I am also walking distance from the Athens Memorial Park and Dog Park. I am cool with dogs as long as they are VERY well trained (I have two dogs myself) and cats are fine if the litter box stays in your private area - the dogs love cats, so no worries there! My best friend is moving across the street (literally, our driveways almost touch), this is why I have a room opening up! This is in the Points area - best part of Athens next to downtown!! Also near a bus station incase you do not have a vehicle or prefer the bus!

Rent is $375, you can use the entire apartment (tv, Playstation, netflix, whatever, this will be OUR place)
Utilities are split down the middle (gas, water/trash, internet, electricity) - averages about $90 a month all together.
