-$8 dollar Uber ride to downtown Frederick
-Close to Public Transportation
-walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants (Chinese, Italian, Mexican, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, and a SubWay), liquer store, bank/atm, auto mechanic.

Smoking is allowed on the back deck. The rent is $800 a month with utilities included (willing to negotiate for couples). Security deposit is $800. And the lease will be month to month for the first few months.
