Subleasing a room!

Looking for someone to take my room as I'm moving out end of December. The lease is through the end of August, and there are 4 other roommates but honestly we rarely see each other except for weekends, and even then it's iffy. You would have the largest room by almost double in size. It's right in downtown Dinkytown and less than a block from campus. It's also directly across the street from a bus stop and 15 minutes from the light rail. The entire house was renovated this past summer with all new appliances and walls and literally everything. There's off street parking included, and all utilities are included in the rent except for $9 for Internet and cable. The security deposit is supposed to be $600 but because I'm so desperate for a someone to take my room I'm willing to work with you on that amount.
