New Listing: 4050 lofts from Dec

I am sub-leasing a room in an apartment in 4050 lofts from December 16th - July 31st. The apartment has 4 rooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom as well as a shared kitchen, living area and balcony with a poolside view. It comes full furnished. I will also include kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furnishings and equipment. Bedrooms have a TV and desk. Washer and dryer in unit. Apartment complex has a gym, common area, Mac work station and two pools.
Rent is $645 a month and December is already paid for. Inclusive of bills.
The dates and prices are negotiable!!!
The complex is a short walk to the USF Tampa campus and there is a shuttle bus stop directly outside the lofts.
