Because of personal circumstances I won't be able to live in this apartment as planned so I'm looking to sublease my bedroom/bathroom for this apartment for August 1st until July 30th (2016-2017). IF YOU ONLY WANT TO LIVE THERE FOR THE FALL OR FALL+SPRING, I'm willing to work with you on that as well. The apartment is beautiful, and you will already have a sweet, kind F roommate. She's not picky at all and super laid back.

It's a 2 bedroom apartment, and as previously stated, one room is already taken. Each bedroom also has its own private bathroom! It's 775$ a month per person, plus electric and gas.

You really are getting what you're for. Free Wifi. Literally right next to campus, directly across from the Memorial Union. Everything is brand new, I believe they just opened this school year. Fully furnished. You'll have a free 24/7 fitness center, complimentary tanning, free printing in their computer lab, clubhouse with video gaming systems, coffee bar.... the list is honestly endless.

There is no gender restriction, and the roommate does not care whether you are f/m!
