Room in house in downtown Annapolis

I have lived in a house with 3 other women for the past 18 months, but am getting married soon so I need to move in with my parents to save money for the wedding. I am looking for a young professional female to replace me in a house with 3 other female professionals in their late 20s/early 30s. Rent is $680/month plus utilities and cable/internet. The room has a lovely view of Spa Creek and comfortably fits a queen bed. There is a separate large walk-in closet. A bathroom is shared with 2 of the other women who are clean and respectful. There is a driveway that fits 2 cars, and lots of parking on the street. There is a backyard that leads to water access and a boat slip.
The lease is until May 1, 2016 with the option to renew for another 12 months. The room is available immediately, and December's rent is already paid!
