Description

There is a spare bedroom for grabs 650 a month plus deposit that would be allowed to budget into rent. You would have private bath shared living room kitchen laundry room a large patio with a pool. We also grill so feel free to use that too. House is pretty open. We are very clean and respectful so of course we expect you to be the same with up keep. No drugs or party house likeness.
