This home boasts a large backyard and screend in front porch. Updated clean house, comfortable living room with inch TV and above-mounted inch TV for game days. Fully equipped large kitchen with center island. Shed comes equipped with workout equipment including bench, dumbbells, and stationary cycle. (Note: pool is only occasionally set up)

Ideal candidate would be a male in their early s and a full time working professional, clean, with similar interests. The current residents work s in Downtown Tampa and St. Pete in the legal, finance and sales industries. Hobbies include, hunting, fishing, boating and occasionally go out on weekends . Two are also former college ice hockey players and play on a men’s league ice hockey team in the St. Pete/Clearwater area on Wednesday night. Pets may be considered. Absolutely no smoking. Owner occupied.
