Looking for college student

Looking for a college student to rent one of the rooms in my house. I am a UofR college student and we live in a 5 bedroom house off genesee park blvd but one of our roommates is going abroad second semester so were looking for someone to take his spot. Rent is 340 a month plus utilities. House is very big and nice, everyone who lives in the house are athletes at UofR and were easy going guys. The bus also stops right across the street. Most likely queen size bed and dresser will already be in there so you wouldn't have to provide that. Shoot me a text if interested.
