Hi! My female roommate and I are looking to sublease two rooms in a four bedroom house beginning spring semester (Jan ). Two of our roommates are leaving for abroad and we would love to keep the house and stay in it, as well as meet new people! The house is a 5 minute drive from Chapman University and a minute walk! There are so many close stores and restaurants within walking distance. There is a private backyard with a fire pit and grill!
