About: I’m subletting as I’ll be traveling for a few months. The landlady is friendly and helpful. It’s an 8-minute streetcar ride to Humber College Lakeshore Campus. A few minutes' walk to buses, streetcars, and Long Branch GO Station, which easily connects to downtown Toronto and Mississauga/Oakville. Pharmacies, No Frills, Dollarama, LCBO, and restaurants are nearby.

Area Highlights: My favorite part of the location is the nearby beach and trails, perfect for recharging or a scenic walk.

Flatmate: You’ll be sharing common areas with a queer Latina woman, who is clean, respectful, quiet, and friendly. She’s an absolute vibe, and you’ll enjoy living here if you’re similar.
