Housemate in Hawthorne

Description

Looking for someone to rent a bedroom with connected bathroom in my house. You would also get to use the common areas of the
house. Currently it’s just me, but I may get one more roommate at some point for another empty room. I recently moved in so things are still coming together and there are some things to fix; oven and dishwasher are currently not working. Ideally I’m looking for some sort of professional but I could be flexible. Note: the 4th photo is how the room was before I moved in and re-painted, just to give a better sense of scale.
