Looking for Third Roommate

Looking for a third roommate for our 3BR House. We are both students at local colleges and work part-time. The house has been updated very recently, all appliances are new and stainless steel. Washer and Dryer in unit. Parking in the back and front of the house. We are located less than 10 minutes from downtown Omaha and 15 minutes from Creighton or UNO. We moved into the house intending to find a third roommate. Cost would be about $550 per month--this includes rent, all utilities, and internet access. No deposit required. Long term lease is not required, but preferred. Must be okay with cats. We are open to additional animals but there would be a $300 non-refundable deposit.

About Us:
We are clean when it comes to common spaces, and would expect the same from a third roommate. We like to keep things tidy, but are not obsessively clean people. We have friends over occasionally, mostly at night. However, school is our main priority and we usually keep it pretty quiet during the week. We both work weekends, but also like to have fun. Work hard. Play hard. Text or call if interested, or if there are any questions. Please have at least three references (previous landlords, previous roommates) and proof of employment.
