Room/Bathroom in Seminole Heights

Description

I’m looking for someone to move into one of my bedrooms in my house. It is an end-unit townhome with a turf backyard/patio and parking pad. The 3rd bedroom (pictured) is kind of just used for storage and my dogs hangout room and the other room is the same size (not pictured, current roommate leaves in a week). You can use the extra bedroom for extra space as well and occupy the other bedroom and use your own private bathroom. The house was completely renovated a year ago so everything is brand new. You will have your own bathroom as well. Must be clean. I have a dog, big sweetheart.
Move in as early as December 1st.
