ering to share a nice newly remodeled modern apartment with a male or female. (I am a male) till May 2016. Bamboo style floors. Full (small) kitchen, it works nicely. Bath/Shower Combo. Walk in closet. "Bedroom Area" is $400 (More private) and "Living area is around $370. You can pick which half you wantElectricity is included (Ac, Stove, Fridge, etc.) water/sewage is the only bill that needs to be paid. (Comes to $40-$50 depending on how much water is used. And it is split so around $20-$25 a piece) Internet is around $40 so around $20 each. The living space does include a nice smart flatscreen TV (I do not use, have my own), although it is attached to the wall in an awkward spot. The apartment is conveniently located next to a quiet complex laundry center and pool.

Complex amenities: 2 pools, 2 laundry facilities, fitness center, business center, outdoor track with calisthenics workout stations, reverse osmosis water machine, multiple games, hammocks, bbq pits and grills, etc.

The complex is located less than a mile from ASU so very convenient for a college student. Plenty of choices of restaurants and whatnot.

I am 20, currently employed in Phoenix. I work full time. I consider myself an introvert, so I'm pretty quiet. I don't party. I occasionally have a friend over. I read books and binge watch Netflix. I'm really into photography. I am EXTREMELY easy going. I do cook, so if you want to "share" meals, we can work something out. I usually make more than enough for myself. If not, everything in the kitchen works, oven, range, microwave. I have pots/pans, plates, etc. so it's not necessary to bring any. I keep the apartment somewhat clean, so I expect the same.

The complex is a really nice complex, and the apartment is nicely updated. Whether or not you're a college student; the area is a really nice area. Mill Ave is 1/4 mile down the road. It's also close to Tempe Marketplace
