Room for rent

Description

We have a room for rent in our bathroom townhouse. There are 3 floors and the room available is on the top floor. There is 3 of us along with a dog, cat, and rabbit. My husband and I along with the animals are on the bottom floor. The animals do move throughout the place but they are all friendly and will stay down stairs with us when we are not at work. The 2nd bedroom that is occupied is also on the top floor and does share the bathroom. However, the person that rents that room is not home very often. Maybe only a few times a month. There is a fully finished living room and kitchen on the main floor which is the 2nd. Along with a laundry room that has a washer and dryer for use. We are smokers as well.
