This house is located in Preston Hollow neighborhood. I have been living here for years. It’s a very nice, quiet, and convenient neighborhood. Many grocery options near by, like central market, Walmart, target, and trader Joe. Three minutes distance to Dallas North Tollway.
Currently I am looking for a roommate to share this house with me. Except the monthly rent, we also split utilities ( gas, electricity, internet, and water). There’s a hundreds dollars refundable deposit, when sign the lease.
About me: I am very organized, quiet, and clean. I am easygoing and respect the other person’s privacy. I get up early do workout, and sleep around pm. My daily routine is very predictable. I don’t cook in this house, so if you like cooking. The kitchen will be yours.
