Hi all! My name is Brittany. I am a woman seeking a new house mate. I have a room available in my Mid Century duplex in Mid City, off La Brea and Washington. There is air conditioning in the room and a large yard in back, as well as parking and laundry inside the duplex. The price listed includes utilities and internet.
