The landlord owns our individual unit and is extremely responsive (everything fixed within hour)

It’s a great neighborhood! Everyone is super friendly, delicious food (esp Carribean), there’s a few cute bars, and close access to Prospect Park for a ton of free events!

About the roommates:
The other roommates are a couple from Apex, NC who share the master along with an attached bathroom!
Lina (F): Bangladeshi-American who works as a software engineer at American Express WFH times a week, often bakes things for the house!
Brian (M): White American working in hospital management M-F, also loves to cook!
Both are really friendly and like scary movies, Mario cart, and karaoke.

About you:
You must be clean, communicative, and want to make the home a good living space for everyone! Since we don’t share the bathroom it makes cleaning a lot easier and typically someone does the kitchen and living room ~once a week. Guests are totally welcome with notice.
