Roommate search for East Dallas

I am looking for roommates in my bath home w/ a two-car garage located in East Dallas that will have 3 rooms available for rent beginning November . This particular listing is for the master bedroom but there are two other cheaper rooms available. Each room comes with its own rental agreement so tenants DON’T have to worry about potentially being evicted if roommates are unable to pay their rent.

ALL bills except electricity bills included in rent pricing, electricity bill ranges from $ per month for the whole house depending on usage, this can split across roommates:

Bedroom #/month - full bedroom set provided (no garage parking space)

• Bedroom #/month - full bedroom set (includes a covered parking - garage parking space)

• Bedroom #/month - Master bedroom w/ private bath & walk-in closet (Queen bedroom set, LED bathroom vanity & covered parking - garage parking space).
