I am looking for a roommate to take over the spare room and private bathroom in a two bedroom unit in Huntington Harbour/Sunset Beach. On the water overlooking the channel facing the ocean so there is always a nice breeze. Walking distance to the beach, fine dining and funky dive bars. Plenty of storage in garage, washer and dryer. This is an amazing place with nice amenities and great neighbors. I'm late 's male, semi retired. Older female preferred, no pets, smoking or working from home.
