Hey guys I’m looking to sublet my bedroom on the th floor at union west student living. It’s honestly a super nice place to live and there are tons of amenities such as a restaurant on the first floor, a gym, and the entire 6th floor has tvs, an outside patio, ping pong, pool table, and tons of areas to study. It’s also walking distance to UCF downtown and Valencia downtown and in the same building as the Disney culinary academy. The original listing was for but we are willing to sublet for . We will also take care of parking for you. The reason I want to leave is because I am transferring back home. Otherwise I wouldn’t leave. As far as off campus dorms go this is pretty much as good as it gets. You will also have one roommate who is very easy going and very clean.
