I will leave behind the furniture, study table, floor light, all side tables etc. which you are free to use at no extra cost. This is a bathroom spacious unit with hardwood flooring throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped, electric heat and air conditioning units included.
Perfect location - min walk from Penn Dental and an easy reach to UPenn, Drexel campus in general. Breeze to center city via public transportation. The maintenance team is prompt to address any issue/concern you may have.
