I am renting an unfurnished master bedroom w/ private bathroom, available November located near sam Boyd stadium on second floor in a house. new paint and tile throughout room with a walk in closet and extra closet and bath space, Dual sinks.Included fridge for kitchen with extra space throughout.

I am looking for 1 sole single person to rent the room which will be available after move rd

Willing to rent 6 months to 1 year + (long term preference) no animals allowed but must be ok with pets As I do have them.
The rent is $ per month with a $ security deposit.

Home has water filtration system throughout the home. all Utilities included. Wifi included.
additional space with extra storage if requested with additional fee

A little bit about myself:
my name is Marisela
I am the landlord and sole homeowner of the house I currently rent out the rooms because I am handling my health issues at the moment and that is one of my priorities.
I suffer from chronic illness and seizures so most of my time and days revolve around rehab, recovery and rest.
The household is coed, is mostly introverted and quiet. Cannabis friendly. Everyone is usually working in the day. we are clean and respectful of each-other with an open communication lifestyle to help gain peace &harmony within the home.each renter has their own labeled space and keeps to themselves

I have pets, 3 dogs they are well tamed but you must not mind animals

Looking forward to helping someone find a temporary home. I’m meeting to see potential fits for the room and home the next couple weeks
