I have 2 bedrooms and a shared bath available to rent. Currently, the house is only occupied by me. I am respectful and clean. Located in a very quiet community, the house is just a 5-minute drive to the and about 8 minutes away from Trader Joe’s, Costco, and all your favorite national brand restaurants and grocery stores, making it great for commuting and convenience. Rent is $ per month, including utilities. I’m looking for someone clean and respectful who would be a good fit!
