I don’t have a place yet, but when looking, it appears so much more comfortable and affordable to rent a townhome with a roomie! I am looking to stay in the southern or southern NE portions of DC! Capitol Hill, Cap South, Cap East, Navy Yard, but trying to stay away from NOMA! I drive to work in horrifying Suitland MD so I need access to parking.
