My name is Alison, I am a 33 year old professional and just relocated to Austin for a new job in Sales.

I have lived in Manhattan for past 11 years and from CT, have lived with two roommates at a time for 11 years, have lived with some great people! Looking for the same!

Found an amazing 2 bedroom apt with a patio, both bedrooms are masters with own bathroom, and walk in closets! The Apartment Complex is in a fabulous location, minutes from downtown; has a great pool, fitness room, laundry on-onsite, a fabulous staff, and views of downtown!
Rent is about $875 a month plus utilities which we will split, and the lease starts November 27th to October 3rd. Room is 12 x 10 with own bathroom and walk in closet. (Both have master bedrooms!) Place has Patio and Dishwasher which I think are key!Parking spot in lot!

I am looking for Male or Female, young professional late 20's to early to mid-late 30's, non-smoker, who would like to be added to the lease. Looking for someone, respectful, easy-going and drama free. (Pls NO couples or anyone from out of country).

I am social and outgoing, and with my new job will be out a great deal, and am looking forward to experiencing all that Austin has to offer. I have some friends and family, including my brother, in Austin already, but am looking forward to meeting new people. I am easy going, clean and respectful and do not bring the party home.
