private room in sf victorian!

I’m helping my friends find a renter for an available room in the SF home they are renting. the home is in the mint hill neighborhood (below the lower hayes valley area).
you would be living with four guys in their late s who are fun to be around, enjoy cooking, hiking/outdoors, and sci-fi. any gender is welcome and all housemates are LGBTQ+ friendly the house is two levels with common areas and a half bathroom on the first floor and all bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor. bathrooms will be shared by all housemates. street parking only but it’s a safe neighborhood. utilities are estimated to be an additional $ one hundred and twenty/month/person. ideally you’re clean, nice, and employed. please contact me for more information if you are interested!
