Description

A fully furnished guest wing of an independent house is available for rent. The space includes a private bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large closet, and a standing desk with a gaming chair. There are two additional closets for storage.

The living room has a couch, coffee table, and a brand new TV. You'll only share the kitchen with the landlord, who lives in the house. Utilities are covered by the landlord, so you'll only need to pay the rent of $ per month. A lease agreement is required.
