I have two standard rooms with walk-in closets and a shared bathroom with dual vanity available in November. Price is per each room. Rooms can be lightly furnished or unfurnished as needed.

I am located in the Lagos community in Manor Tx. This is a quiet neighborhood with walking trails and a scenic pond. All of the conveniences are located nearby (gym, groceries, and restaurants) and it is an easy commute to North Austin, Tesla and Samsung.

Price includes utilities and Wi-Fi, street parking.

Working professionals here during the week with a peaceful homelife in general. Looking for like-minded roommates. Note, while we are not concerned with any personal choices made outside the home, we do not allow any smoking on the property.
