It's one bedroom apartment at 22nd floor, I'm renting out the bedroom.
Kitchen and washroom will be shared.
2/3 minutes walk to Main Street Subway station and Go station. Nearby you'll get (24 hrs Timhortons, Subway, Sobeyes, metro).. also few grocery stores, restaurants, dollar store, shoppers drug mart, Canadian tire .. . . ..
Pretty nice view from the window and balcony . You'll have pretty much everything to call it a home. You can bring your own furniture if you wish.

First and half of last months' rent required. ( no lease signing )
