2 bedroom and 2 bath
room apartment with two parking spots less than half a mile from the beach in Long Beach. You’ll have the bigger room and attached bathroom with stand up shower. I am a dog guy. I just don’t have time for a dog myself so hoping a roommate who needs a dog friendly place will match up well with me. friendly but no druggies, alcoholics or partiers. This is a place to be at peace and at home. I don’t mind guests just be respectful of the neighbors etc.
first and last months rent due up front. $ deposit. I have electric drums in the corner of the living room and occasionally play music during the day for like an hour is probably the “worst” thing about me. But I usually do it when my roommate and neighbors are at work. I work nights and am a pro wrestler on the weekends so I’m usually just home to sleep and then go back out into the world to accomplish things. You are welcome to have respectful guests, just no rd parties pseudo living here and not rent ya know? Significant others are fine to visit again as long as they’re respectful of the environment.
