Woman wanted to rent a small bedroom and the small bedroom/office next to it upstairs in loft (OR instead of office, lg. finished decorated garage with tables, desks, shelves and studio w/ heat/ac unit) in a beautiful artist's home in quiet North Las Vegas neighborhood 15 min. from the strip. Private bathroom. Big fenced in backyard with 40 ft. pool, jacuzzi, built-in BBQ grill. TV, Cable, Wifi, possible computer. 30 ft. ceilings. Kitchen privileges and use of backyard. I'm gone 3 days a week so it's like the house is all yours almost half the time. But no entertaining when I'm home. Must be clean, responsible and quiet and have a job or be a student. I don't wanna hear your music. I'm 63 years old, an artist, English professor and Born Again Christian/Messianic Jew. No smoking. Must watch my Chihuahua and Parrot the few days I'm out of town.
